Hèh-athê Fêqê (/ˈdɘje/ /ˈaθɘ/ [mean] [adult]) is a temperate Large Town located in the Yêmëcê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Hèh-athê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Hèh-athê Fêqê was founded by Neryl Shesmesí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Hèh-athê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Hèh-athê Fêqê receives an average of 258 cm/y (101 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Hèh-athê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6392 m (20971 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Hèh-athê Fêqê was founded durring the early 14th century in spring of the year 1338, by Neryl Shesmesí. The establishment of Hèh-athê Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Hèh-athê Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Hèh-athê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hèh-athê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Hèh-athê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of spacious paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Unfortuantly, these frontieer-style defences are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Hèh-athê Fêqê makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.

They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Hèh-athê Fêqê's parks.

Hèh-athê Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Hèh-athê Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Hèh-athê Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.
Hèh-athê Fêqê has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Hèh-athê Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes
Hèh-athê Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is skipped in Hèh-athê Fêqê.
The Ramidreju near Hèh-athê Fêqê are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Hèh-athê Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves reenactments to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.
